293 The Kingsway Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the StrataOS software platform for building and community management. They are drafted as implementation-ready platform terms and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.

1. Service relationship
293 The Kingsway provides software tools to condo and strata communities, managers, and authorized staff for operational workflows. Use of the service is subject to these terms and any commercial agreement between StrataOS and ICC Property Management.
2. Authorized users
Users may only access the service using accounts assigned or approved for legitimate building-related purposes. Customer organizations are responsible for authorizing residents, staff, board members, and contractors with appropriate roles.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to upload unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious material.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role restrictions, rate limits, or audit controls.
- Do not misuse resident or visitor data for unauthorized marketing, harassment, or surveillance.
- Do not introduce malware, automate abuse, or interfere with system availability.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain accurate user-role assignments and remove access promptly when no longer needed.
- Use the service in compliance with privacy, anti-spam, and condominium governance obligations.
- Ensure notices, announcements, and communications sent through the platform are accurate and properly authorized.
- Review privacy complaints and data-rights requests in a timely manner.
5. Privacy and electronic communications
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Security and operational emails may be sent as service communications. Optional promotional or marketing emails should only be sent where the sender has the required consent and appropriate unsubscribe handling.
6. Availability and changes
StrataOS may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time. Reasonable efforts should be made to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or restricted where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Customer organizations remain responsible for lawful handling of their resident and building data after termination.
8. Intellectual property
StrataOS retains all rights in the software, branding, documentation, and underlying platform technology, except for customer data and customer-owned content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the liability allocation in the applicable commercial agreement. For production use, limitation-of-liability language should be finalized by legal counsel based on customer contract structure and jurisdiction.
